Functional Responsibility:

· Working experience with EDI Standards such as 835,837 - X12 HIPAA Transactions, Real Time and or batch interface - Big Plus
· Health care industry knowledge is big plus
Technical Skills/Expertise:
· 3 years experience with JCAPS 6.2, SeeBeyond eGate, eInsight, JCAPS, Data Integration, EAI, Web Services.
· 2+ Years of experience with JCAPS 5.1.x/ 6.X.
· 5 years of programming experience with Java / other OO languages
· 3 years of programming experience with J2EE, JDBC and working prepared statements and stored procedures
· 2 years experience with Oracle, PL/SQL
· 2 years experience in Unix environment, Perl and shell
· Ability to understand existing projects and self driven with minimum supervision.

Urgent Need - Network Admin
Network Admin * Mid to Sr level
Location: Rutland, VT
Provide direct support in deployment, maintenance and problem determination of new and current workstations, laptops and thin clients.
* Maintain up to date software versions on the vendor shipped company image that is paired with new workstations and laptops as needed.
* Configure and reconfigure hardware and software as required in Help Desk ticketing system.
* Act as the primary technical interface to customers for hardware technical support developing positive relationships with the customers to ensure a high level of overall customer satisfaction.
* Conduct problem analysis and problem solving to identify and resolve complex system hardware issues.
Provide level 1, 2 and 3 Help Desk support as necessary.
* Provide help desk phone support when primary help desk attendant is either absent, busy or otherwise indisposed in order to provide support to user environment and route calls through necessary resources based on specific nature of the issues.
* Provide, or receive, cross-training as necessary to complete help desk assignments.
Provide assistance in maintaining and monitoring the company data center.
* Assist in maintaining datacenter hardware including components such as KVM switches, UPS(s), server components, and network switches
* Work with Sr. Engineer on server upgrades projects.
* Assist in projects involving reconfiguring of racks and wiring as requested
Support the Mobile Device connectivity and applications
* Provide support of Blackberry devices.
Knowledge of Active Directory infrastructure
Willingness to learn new technologies and work on projects with the Sr. Network Engineer
Technical Skills:
Microsoft O/S installation/configuration, 2000/2003 Professional Server, XP Professional, MS Office, imaging systems, Network and PC troubleshooting including network printers, VPN clients, anti-virus programs, backup strategies, VOIP , and
Citrix environment.
