  • Maintain and monitor database backup and restore processes.
  • Coordinate with the Network Administer & Developers to ensure data security & availability and meet the necessity of database refresh in development/staging environment.
  • Understand the effects of different replication methodologies to select and configure the settings while maintaining the stability of the data stream.
  • Own database performance tuning analysis & optimization.
  • Troubleshoot vendor and in-house applications.
  • Communicate and maintain SQL Server concepts and best practices including SSAS & SSRS.
