Must be ready to ramp up development staff beginning in January 2011

n  Well defined on-boarding / training process for assigned staff

n  Maintain onsite "Core Team" .

n  Vendor Tech Lead must be able to

n  Assist in determining work packets

n  Coordinate work assignments

n  Ensure quality of deliverables

n  Participative, collaborative

n  Day-to-day interaction with development team

n  Understand and adhere to development processes, procedures, and standards

n  Ongoing investment to acquire domain knowledge

n  Advanced Object Oriented Design and Development Skills

n  Strong C++ and / or JAVA language skills

n  Oracle, PL / SQL

n  Linux (Red Hat preferred)

n  Unix shell scripting

n  Experience with general toolsets for Unix / Linux environment

n  Code editors

n  Debuggers

n  Scripting tools and languages

n  Able to work in a highly collaborative environment

n  Strong communication skills, written and oral
