Oracle HRMS technofunctional-with upgrade experience

Client is currently on 11.5.10 and looking to upgrade to 12.1 shortly. The resource should have very strong techno-functional HR experience; experience with heavy customizations, building interfaces etc. The resource should also have min one R12 upgrade experience.
